Custom gift with purchase & cart progress bar feature

Shopify | Vissla AU

Vissla came to us with the request to add multiple order value incentives to their cart, encouraging shoppers to qualify for free shipping or free gifts the more they spent on specific product collections. They also needed a way for shoppers to select the size/colour of their gift, without leaving the cart.

Vissla had previously tried using different apps from the Shopify app Store, but none fully met their needs. They specifically desired a custom solution built directly into their theme to provide a seamless, reliable experience.

We implemented the free shipping and gifts with a combination of custom theme code and automatic discount codes. Gift rules can easily be configured via the theme customiser. Customers can see current incentives in their cart while shopping, in the form of progress bars.

Vissla have since successfully launched their first gift with purchase campaigns and increased their AOV.

Migration from WordPress/WooCommerce

Shopify | Recovery Project

Peter and Amanda had started the Recovery Project as a side hustle, but it quickly grew much more successful than they had expected. They decided to migrate from WordPress/WooCommerce to Shopify for easier inventory management, customer relationships, email marketing and starting to scale their paid media marketing strategy.

We selected and customised a premium Shopify theme to their brand and website needs, built a custom Recovery Zone Builder Section, migrated all of their data and helped with a smooth transition.

Their new Shopify store has been growing steadily and simplified their processes immensely.

Product requirement calculator & CRM integration

Shopify | Thermosoft Australia

LVI Thermosoft offer a range of European style, oil-filled radiators to Australian customers. Their sales process had traditionally been highly manual, providing custom quotes over the phone for each customer’s unique home and preferences.

We were able to streamline this process by providing a custom calculator that helps customers determine their heating requirements and suitable products, making it easy to find the right type and number of products for their situation. The calculator results include product recommendations that can be purchased immediately, as well as the option to send the room details and results to their email.

This was implemented as a custom script in LVI’s Shopify theme with no external app requirement. It also included a custom integration with their CRM software Ortto, allowing for custom event and data tracking.

International market implementation

Shopify | Esperance & Co

Esperance & Co had been successful in Australia and New Zealand for a while, and they decided to expand to the UK market. They needed to cater their content and marketing specifically to the UK and northern hemisphere seasons, while making sure their store remained easy to maintain and fulfilling from the same inventory.

We decided to use the Shopify Markets feature and implemented UK pricing, as well as localised navigation, content, CRM integration, and conversion tracking. We created localised theme sections even though their theme did not support localisation yet.
